      Pros

      Some great people, Collaboration opportunity and they have great perks for employees.

      Cons

      Too many people in leadership roles with no experience outside of retail or who grew up in the company with no external experience. Makes it difficult to introduce best practices, change management or really level up the skill set. Still needs a lot of work on diversity and inclusion.

      None - not since the current IT executives entered the company. This company used to be the beacon of innovation, experimentation, and teamwork.

      Cons

      Fear-based leadership is the new normal. Offshoring jobs to inept people has reduced code quality and added extra work and pressure to onshore engineering staff.
