Business Outlook
Pros
The culture and ethos are outstanding! The people are the most valuable resource. The technology stack is current and fresh and enjoyable to work with. There's not one part of the company that is not looked upon with an eye toward improvement. There are working from home options for many jobs within the company.
Cons
Full disclosure: I'm struggling with coming up with cons but want to keep this real. The company's growth is not without drawbacks. Parking and building occupancy are crowded. And the building we're currently in is relatively new. There's talks about expanding into another building already.
