Pros

Nice building and many great coworkers

Cons

Terrible people with poor ethics who HR will back up. When I told my manager my pregnancy would be high risk no less then a week later I was threatened with losing my job during a one on one blaming semantics. My performance was never criticized until this point. When I informed HR they asked my manager to give written feedback and 80% if it was a fabrication. HR told me to follow this “feedback” but how do you improve on things that never happened? I was now having panic attacks and cramping while pregnant and being told by HR if I don’t come in that I would be a no show. Fighting this legally could take weeks and being made to work in a now hostile work environment at the same time was forcing hard choices I shouldn’t of even had to make. I had to take the choice for my health and be put into the position of job searching in late stages of a difficult pregnancy. This was horribly scummy of my manager and of HR for allowing this loop hole to get around discrimination.

Pros

A great sales culture that treats their employees wonderfully. Gives fun incentives with knowledge and tools to excel at their position.

Cons

If you work remote and want to promote you'll need to be mobile. If you cannot move from your location than it is more difficult to move upward.

Glass Ceiling

Pros

Flexibility, work-life balance, benefits (i.e healthcare, cell phone reimbursement, 401(k), quickly growing

Cons

By reading the reviews you wouldn't know that there is a Field Sales Team. All the glowing reviews are mostly from the Mormons in UT. Not surprising seeing how this is a Mormon company. This results in 3 glass ceilings: race, gender, religion. If you are an Asian Christian woman, good luck going anywhere is this company. The field team doesn't post reviews because that just how low the morale is. We don't even have to will to cry out for help on Glassdoor. There is very little upward momentum for non-Mormons and the executive team has no diversity and no women. The pay is below industry standards and annual salary increases are only performance based and not a standard cost of living increase (FYI most other companies give both a COL and a performance increase).
