      The work-life balance is amazing. They really understand the importance of letting their employees have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      The actual work can get a little tedious at times, but it's that way in most engineering jobs.

      Pto non existent, no Christmas eve

      Incredibly intelligent people, business is great

      The pto policy is really out dated. You have 5 paid company holidays, standard holidays like Christmas eve or presidents day are only available from your standard 3 weeks vacation (no sick days). Speaking of no sick days, because the pto is already so far behind the norm people constantly come into work I'll (as in running fevers) so that they can still have enough pto to take any sort of vacation. If you work overtime their kids no compensated time off (I've seen some work 50+ hours with no direct pto reward)
