Pros
I came to Progressive with No prior Call Center experience---within 3 months I received a gift card/bonus for my efforts--within 6 months from date of hire, I was promoted to a Team Lead, and 2 years from my hire date, I was promoted to a Supervisor--Progressive Leasing provides an excellent work environment--employees are valued, and appreciated--and advancement is available for those interested in a "career path" .
Cons
As with any corporate america work environment--it is wise to avoid the 'drama' of those that are now willing to work, to be fair, or honest or ethical, and want to shift the blame/accountability of their choices, to "management--or the company" Progressive is a very good place to be employed---wherever you go---people will be people- and if one looks for the good, they will find it--in abundance.
