Pros
One of the best reasons to work at Progressive Leasing is the opportunity for growth. There are new openings every week, and supervisors are great at empowering you to make the leap. There is a lot of support working here, and you are recognized for your hard work through different incentives and prizes. Working here really is a fun time, and its a job like I've never had before.
Cons
The only con is it is a call center - know what you're signing up for. The day to day tasks become repetitive and can be boring to some. However, it is such a fun environment to work in that it makes it worthwhile.
