      Pros

      Company is focused on their customers which was a huge driver in my decision to join. They take care of their employees as well where I have seen a number of internal promotions. Food is a plenty. The company is growing which means opportunity for everyone. Perfect Job for students! Tuition reimbursement, competitive starting pay, internship opportunities. Outside of a healthcare profession, the company provides a path for any degree/career. Location is nice as well...easy access to everything.

      Cons

      Since company is growing fast, there are some growing pains...for example we are running out of space and expanding to other buildings.

      Owners are very nice, they have alot of employment engagements that makes staying there fun

      Cons

      Awful management, plays favorites when picking supervisor and have very poor knowledge of there jobs. There attendance policy is horrible I would not recommend them ever to anybody. There morals of work and seeing if you can work overtime for food is not a healthy alternative. Specialty should get paid extra instead they ask those poor agents to work and never pay them anything except less calls however they are forced to take customer service calls with us. Overall I wouldn't recommend unless there management changes. If your a manager you should know your job not shove it off to other agents. Communication is very poor and getting help from IT is a fight, they never want to help except fight you for assistance. There is nooooo progress to go to another career unless you know someone and even then it's poor communication. Recommend this job and the person left seeing poor management before I can

      Pros

      This company truly cares for their employees. I had 3 babies while working there and although they didn't have paid maternity leave when i had babies, they still were very forgiving for days off and truly knew my value. I was in the book club, went on presidents club and many other wonderful opportunities. I grew a ton and found that this is the company where the grass is greener. If you can go, go be a part of something great here.

      Cons

      It is hard to say cons. I don't think people quit because of the company, they quit because of people. This place is truly the best of the best. They weed out the negative but sometimes its not fast enough.
