Pros

Flexible hours - They will work with your schedule and with emergencies, you can even make up the time by working extra hours (or the weekend) Snacks - They have snacks and drinks available Food trucks - Everyday there is a different food truck Fun perks - Ocassional movie days, Lagoon day, parties, free swag Culture- the Culture here is amazing, we are all a big family, management knows everyone's names and truly cares about their employees. Everyone knows everyone and are good friends. Benefits - they soaked up the cost of the raised insurance premiums for all the employees, pet insurance, weekly massages, yearly reviews, recently gave everyone a raise of 3-4%, work late shift you get 5% increase to pay. Growth - Plenty of opportunity to move around or up in the company as long as you show in your performance you are worth a promotion, you will most likely get one. Progressive has grown exponentially since I've started working here, I feel they are cornering the market in lease to own!

Cons

Pay is average, I've gotten a few raises but still don't make very much. They do bonuses but they've increasingly made the structure to bonus well more difficult. Occasional weekends, not too bad, but when you work nights and have to come in 6:30 am on Saturday after getting off at 8 on Friday, it's rough.

Pros

Culture, caring management, good pay, flexible hours, plenty of mobility in the company

Cons

You will get tired of Pop-Tarts and Nutter Butters - the free snacks are great but they are pretty much always the same
