Progressive is a great place to work. The company is the industry leader, providing a great product and service to customers and retailers around the county. It provides an exciting and challenging work environment that always asks for your best. It's fun to be a part of a company that's on the leading edge of products, services and initiatives that are competitive differentiators in the market place. Progressive is a growing company with a lot of opportunity. Great employees with a fantastic culture.

Cons

Every job is going to have it's challenges but nothing that I think would be a major deterrent when contemplating working for Progressive.

Progressive is a very fast-paced, high energy company that is leading significant changes in consumer finance options. The company will challenge you to grow and push beyond your limits. It is a fun culture and great family environment.

Cons

If you are not interested in running fast, Progressive might not be the best fit. Employees are expected to deliver results and help provide continual improvement to the organization, its products and processes.
