Pros

The only pro working there was meeting the "original" reps and supervisors who started the center in November of 2015. Great people, young college kid type atmosphere.

Cons

If you voice your opinion you're considered a threat, management only hires brown noses to follow in their steps, "leasing fees" range from an 80% mark up to 100% for customers, HR is a joke, sometimes almost ridiculous stats to meet with a micro managing technique, always looking to take away your bonus if possible ( collections ).

Pros

Free sodas, the building is empty so there are usually no lines at the bathroom, there are or were a lot of great people to work with, the break room is huge and always empty

Cons

It's hard to stop thinking about all the people we rip off on a daily basis. Can't believe the CFPB hasn't shut us down? Nothing works and our managers are terrible. Culture is terrible, it was great but the head of the center left and this place has turned into a snake pit. Everyone is miserable and is leaving. There is a lot of opportunity because everyone is quitting!!

Pros

Benefits are decent, It's a job, you do get paid. Most coworkers are nice. Free soda, coffee and other beverages.

Cons

Management poorly trained resulting in poor training and direction from management to the staff. Advancement and recognition is performed highly by favoritism not always by results. No company can train you for everything but expect to be marked down on things you where not trained on and got wrong. This results in reduced a reduced bonus. Coaching comes out more of an explanation of bonus reduction verses a true training.
