      Pros

      Lots of room to grow. Right now you can move within about 2 months at least. Friendly, encouraging environment. Can get up to $600 in bonus per month PLUS $500 referral bonus

      Cons

      Explaining leases and numbers to customers is the main thing that gets annoying, only bc it was maybe not explained well in store or they just didn't read it before signing it.

      Pros

      Decent Health Benefits and decent start up pay.

      Cons

      For the amount of time you work the raises are petty. You have to know someone to be someone. Loyalty goes to friends and family first. It is a number game... Not a people game.

      Pros

      Competitive bonus, monthly incentives, solid base pay, paid vacation, some good people. Very rapid growth with no signs of stopping.

      Cons

      They are pretty strict as far as scheduling goes. A lot of micro managing, people listen to your calls and will lose bonus if you don't meet arbitrary standards.
