      Pros

      It's pretty straight forward job. Door to door collections. The bosses boss is user cool. They are completely family oriented which is nice if you have a family. The starting pay is decent and the benefit premiums are pretty affordable.

      Cons

      The boss at the hub likes to tell you how awesome they are and how bad you are. You will have to hear them talk a big game about how strong they are but will complain when they have to get their hands dirty. The training is terrible where I revert back to saying the boss expects you to know everything but sighs and makes disgusted noises when you have a question or concern or seem lost.

      Pros

      Competitive bonus, monthly incentives, solid base pay, paid vacation, some good people. Very rapid growth with no signs of stopping.

      Cons

      They are pretty strict as far as scheduling goes. A lot of micro managing, people listen to your calls and will lose bonus if you don't meet arbitrary standards.
