      Pros

      If you're a self-starter, this company is a great option. You get your KPI's and are pretty much let loose to get them done.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get proper training.

      Half of the technology dept. is now outsourced contractors exclusively from India. Very little work/life balance. Will cut anything to save a buck.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. The pay is good (but yearly increases can be really hard to get). They put a lot of money into DEI and actually read and create plans around Pulse surveys. They really WANT to care about their employees.

      Cons

      No security. You are always worried you will be laid off. I wasn't there for long and the company went through 3 layoffs in under 2 years. You never feel safe. Your manager will tell you that you have nothing to worry about and 6 weeks later you are out the door. They do a lot of things to try to make employees feel valued, but when it comes down to it, you never feel like there is any loyalty to you. Also - There is a cult-like following of employees who love to call themselves "ProgFam" and talk about how amazing the company is and how much they care about employees. From my understanding, that was true with the last CEO but not anymore.
