      Good benefits, pay is decent, training is decent as well

      Cons

      High school environment, dubious practices, a lot of complaints from customers who have absolutely no idea who we are and what do we do. They let you go home for no particular reason, supervisors are more busy in meaningless meetings than to help team members.

      The location and building are very nice and serve as a great benefit.

      I was reprimanded for using the bathroom and not counting it as break time in our on call tracker.
