Pros

-Nice cafeteria -Free soda -Co-workers are nice -Stay in early stage -industry experience, really shows you there are better professional leasing companies you can work for out there. (Turn over is really high here)

Cons

-Lower management is young and way under experienced -Buddy system is in place, so don't work hard. It won't matter. -Everyone goes to the best supervisors, 1 out 10 are the best but eventually they don't last. Keeping only the worst. (No experience brown nosers) -Most ppl are related there, so be prepared for gossip and working against a bunch of families. (This was the odd part) -Pay is horrible, especially. Bonuses are always being decreased and anyone can complain on someone to get you in trouble, no proof required. -HR is inexperienced and only sides with management. And gossips about employees to managers.

Pros

Good salary and bonuses (but mediocre benefits). State of the art building. Good place to coast, if that's what you're interested in.

Cons

Show-stopping fires multiple times each week. Beneath the friendly veneer, there is a huge amount of political plotting and backstabbing. Competent, self-motivated developers get frustrated and leave quickly, leaving only those who are afraid to end up back on the open market. These factors work together to make a deeply unpleasant workplace populated primarily by sycophants and incompetents. If you want to set up camp at a place that's difficult to get fired from as long as you don't make waves, this is a great place to do so. Suspect anyone who hasn't left after 2 years.

Pros

I was able to meet some great people that worked there. Was also able to meet there families as well. Just really felt bad about the way management treated employees.

Cons

Management was the worst I have ever worked with in all my years of working. The management misleads the employees and play favorites.
