They are so dysfunctional operationally that it's impossible to do any job there with efficiency. I shouldn't be surprised when I received a notice of my personal information being stolen from a data leak. You'd think a financial company would have the best security with their data. What I don't understand is how employee files were part of the data breach. When I was there I heard of a lot of morale killing behavior like teams getting berated for mistakes. I took a job there based on lies, when I learned better I took another job. I was in and out within 6 weeks because our philosophies in great product delivery didn't align.
