I have been working for Progressive Leasing in the Talent and Culture department for almost 4 years now. My world revolves everyday around creating culture and providing impactful and meaningful engagements with future Progressive Leasing employees. I love what I do because of the environment I work in. Anyone can find a job with any organization, but it's the culture that keeps people there. I am blessed to have support not only from my peers , my manager and my VP. The compassion they have for their team and others is what drives me every day to be better in my job.
