Base pay is not nearly close to a living wage. We are eligible for bonuses, but they’re not easy to obtain when you’re new, due to the very strict requirements of QA. Management does not micro-manage, but QA sure does and they will find many reasons to reduce your monthly bonus.

Company values and company actions do not align. “We value people above all else” and “we do the right thing period” should be modified to have “for shareholders” at the end of each. Employee benefit coverage keeps getting slashed, costs increase, wages are stagnant. Incentive programs are lackluster.
