Benefits - they soaked up the cost of the raised insurance premiums for all the employees, pet insurance, weekly massages, yearly reviews, recently gave everyone a raise of 3-4%, work late shift you get 5% increase to pay. Growth - Plenty of opportunity to move around or up in the company as long as you show in your performance you are worth a promotion, you will most likely get one. Progressive has grown exponentially since I've started working here, I feel they are cornering the market in lease to own!
