Tied to a chair, timed breaks (be late and that will kill your production), pay is out dated unless you live with your parents (average age 20 years old working there), your boss will probably be much younger than you with less work experience than you, Q & A will bury you if you make too much money (they magically find ways to fire you), 24 hour notice if you're sick (this is ridiculous) as you can't plan being sick. If you're a young person, this is the place for you as it's a diaper farm of whiny brats.

Its pretty to the point, you come in and take calls. I feel like the only issue is they should be more flexible with the schedules and I feel like Team leads and Supervisors should be held to the same attendance standard as regular representatives. I feel like we should try to push promotion opportunities within the company more vs going to outside sources.
