Humble leadership, genuine concern for employee happiness

Pros

Great work/life balance, fair compensation, leadership is constantly trying to make improvements and move the needle, but credit is given to their teams wherever it's deserved. Company is growing crazy fast and it has been on that trend for a long time, so there's a lot of room for progression. You'll constantly learn new things while working at Progressive Leasing.

Cons

It isn't tons of fun on a regular basis. There are a couple major company events in the year (Christmas party and a summer event), and other than that it's mostly heads down all day, every day. Not a big downside if you're serious about getting work done and progressing in your career.

Pros

Fast growing company with an overall good vibe and friendly environment.

Cons

Somewhat high turnover rate because most people without a specialized background or degree can only get positions on phones, which (let's face it) no one really wants to for extended lengths of time. Pay is nothing to brag about unless you're high up in collections and are making $18/hourly with a $5000 bonus check every month.

Pros

Decent Money and a good chance of getting hired at the entry level with opportunity to advance

Cons

Bonus' are nearly impossible to get, extremely high stress level, higher than collections i think, Supervisor assistance is nearly non-existent and not trained well because they do not hire or approach inside employees to see if they want advancement and the ones they do advance are extremely condescending and are rarely monitored by upper management
