Pay is nothing to brag about unless you're high up in collections and are making $18/hourly with a $5000 bonus check every month.

Bonus' are nearly impossible to get, extremely high stress level, higher than collections i think, Supervisor assistance is nearly non-existent and not trained well because they do not hire or approach inside employees to see if they want advancement and the ones they do advance are extremely condescending and are rarely monitored by upper management
