Pros

Great amenities: free snacks and cereal, free drinks, ping pong and foosball, basketball and pickleball courts, lots of incentives, great bonus structure, great company culture, fun games and competitions, on-site gym, daily food truck rotation, tuition reimbursement. Can move up or laterally very quickly

Cons

customer service isn't very fun at any job, and this is no exception. Working in collections also gets a good deal of upset customers.
