There is a huge growth opportunity for anyone looking to make this a career. The company is growing extremely fast which is exciting being a part of its growth and development. I've worked for companies before where every little detail is set in stone and they are unwilling to listen to your ideas or implement change. Progressive is great to listen to your ideas and implement changes that consistently make it even better. Collections agents have a great potential for a huge bonus! The pay is great and they offer a shift differential if you are on the evening shift. The environment is upbeat and they make it fun with competitions, drawings for prizes and recognition programs. Sometimes they give you free lunch :) There is also always free snack and a cereal bar you can help yourself too :) Great perks and great environment! I love my job :)
