Pros
I was skeptical before I joined the company because I knew very little about it. Best company culture I've ever seen. Technology oriented. Entrepreneurial culture. Growing and profitable. People here are really sharp but also genuine and down to earth. The fact that this is one of the most successful companies in Utah that hardly anybody knows about is a good indicator that people here are humble, hard working and really smart. Unlike some competitors in this space, Progressive is highly focused on treating customers ethically and with respect. That was important for me. If you get the chance to work here I highly recommend it.
Cons
Growing really fast has it's challenges. Progressive is growing really fast so change is constant. That's not for everyone.
