Pros

Hands on experience. Training and opportunities for advancement. Goal focused. They measure marketing data. Ladder up marketing plans to company goals. Good at segmenting and targeting potential customers. Some team members are wonderful. Good benefits. Opportunities to travel. Remote work.

Cons

Lack of trust in working with executive marketing leadership team. Disrespectful comments on calls with leadership. Lack of psychological safety. There have been many layoffs and reorganizations. Lack of emotional intelligence in leadership. Insuficient support for projects. High turnover.

Pros

Remote. Global. Good Computer. Some time off.

Cons

Squandered six weeks in their interview circus for this trainwreck. Leadership openly confesses they're lost in their own department, then dumps useless projects that benefit no one. This place pretends to be mission-driven while frantically chasing dollars like vultures. Executives use economic anxiety as a club, repeatedly hammering "you should be grateful to work here" while demanding insane schedules. The poisonous atmosphere and inept supervision wrecked my well-being. Zero guidance, zero resources, zero vision - just bullying and busy work. Half a year of my professional life flushed away. Flee immediately.

Pros

Salary is nice, vacation and holiday time off, work from home occasionally, benefits

Cons

Major transformation has been going on for a few years. Went live with new ERP system 1/1/20, and it is a complete disaster. Nothing works right, but your still expected to "figure it out" and get your work done. As the year progresses, issues keep piling up and more new implementations are coming soon. New system was rushed into without getting input from the staff that actually know what they are talking about. Absolute chaos.
