Pros

The environment is great, people are very nice, opportunities to growth, salary is decent, communication with manager is great. Stable company and growing constantly. Encouraged to grow and continue your career path, access to certifications and materials. Work life balance and no micromanaging and flexability. Just be responsible.

Cons

If you work in the IT side, issues appear all the time and you can't do anything about it. Well, it’s hard to get items resolved to lack of development team members dedicated to problem fixing. So, you have to work a lot on workaround and repetitive tasks, which can be annoying but you are never asked to work more than office hours, and on call is relatively calm.

Pros

COVID WFH Means nobody has to go into the office. A lot of money saved on the cost of gas and lunch.

Cons

There are more bosses than workers and an endless cycle of meetings about nothing. This means you waste a lot of time meeting about doing work instead of doing actual work.
