      Very friendly atmosphere and team work environment. Flexible work hour. Flat organization structure. Very good benefit.

      Cons

      Can't think off anything easily. If I have to say something, due to the size of the organization, the type of projects and technologies you can expose to is relatively limited.

      The company culture Growth mindset CEO Global company with a small company feel

      Cons

      I don't see it as one, but the organization is going through a transformation, reinventing itself, which for some people can be a negative. Transformation by definition creates instability, but I think the organization is handling it with care.
