Pros

The best thing you will get when you work with PMI is to build a connection with lots of high position people. Also, they have a mentorship program that will help you expand your career in project management field.

Cons

I could not think of one.

Pros

Don’t have to actually do much work. If you can keep your head down you can coast for ages. Don’t rock the boat!!! Oh. And the culture surveys are hilarious!

Cons

Clueless management more focused on CYA over doing the right thing for the membership. VPs turn a blind eye to the poor behavior of favorite employees while a constant stream of talent flees the sinking ship.
