Lack of professionalism coming straight down from the ceo, a huge sense of self importance like they are changing the world. Making aspirational claims that are ridiculous. Silly organization that is going down.

Successful organization with great people and leadership. PMI is shifting from boring books to interactive, AI-based products. Strong sense of purpose and excellent culture. Vision and strategy are clearer under new leadership. Pay and bonuses have improved after a successful year. It is great to work for a company that cares about its people.

Cons

Sometimes bureaucratic. Not always easy to get things done.
