A drastic change in culture is needed

Pros

You are able to meet with many brilliant people, some really good, friendly people with good passion. The work culture is flexible and schedule tends to be very accommodating.

Cons

Like many have expressed, there are big messes underneath a lot of politics. - We are seeing a lot of good talents are leaving the company. If you don't put resources to enable to business unit, there are purely frustrations - PMI has great research on Project Management, but isn't good at doing it. - Limited visibility across departments. It seems somewhat collaborating, the truth is, there is no system, people are constantly chasing one and other to get support and resources - No knowledge transfer - IT only focus on solving crisis. But on an operational level many systems are due for an upgrade so that we are not hammered by customers' complaints and spending ridiculously labor hours on playing work around

Good Place But...

Pros

Good benefits, convenient location, decent offices, overall friendly atmosphere. There are opportunities to travel if you are in the right department.

Cons

Lack of business and project management knowledge in upper management. They use the right buzz words but they don't have experience as project managers themselves so they don't really understand their customers. The business and marketing practices are out of date or not there. Customers say that company is hard to do business with. The website is bad.
