Pros

If you want a job where you can come and go as you please and not be accountable for anything then this is the place for you.

Cons

Everything. Management is poor. Work is boring. Subject Matter is boring. Hard to believe but their project management is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Pros

Many great people on staff and within the volunteer community, good benefits, somewhat flexible work arrangements and a good location

Cons

Very poor senior leadership who fail to live up to the cultural behaviors they promote, extreme favoritism, lots of good people being shown the door because bad management is not being addressed
