Pros

Health benefits, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Pay is awful, sr. Leadership doesn't listen to anyone and they collect a paycheck they couldn't get anywhere else, CEO is very insecure and isn't genuine to others. Be prepared to stay in your job with no chance of getting promoted unless your an entry level customer care rep.

Pros

Extremely strong senior leadership. Is there a better CEO? Not Likely. Employees are very passionate about their work. Work from home, company run with integrity, committed to their employees and it shows every single day. Understand work life balance, incredible benefits, competitive pay, casual dress environment. I could go on and on.

Cons

Advancement is encouraged but can be limited depending on which group your in.

Pros

Great physical location. Some great people. A lot of opportunity to get involved in projects that you wouldn't see at a larger company.

Cons

Take a look at the names of the management team (below VP) and look at them now. See the difference? Virtually every single one of my peers was fired in a 2 year stretch. The only folks who appeared safe were in IT. When I worked there, PMI was really focused on providing quality products to a discerning audience, and the staff was very academic and research oriented. PhD's and EdD's as far as you could see. They're all gone. Now its all business school grads and talk is about revenue, not about advancing the profession.
