Decent pay, decent benefits, flexible work schedule. Great opportunity for those who are experienced and self directed in Telecom Construction and Project Management.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are extremely rare. Leadership is non-existent and absent. Old boys club mentality, you're more likely to gain management position for who you know rather than what you know.
