The owners and leadership care about their people. They invest in their people, if you take ownership of your work and when opportunities do happen, they look to their best employees to take on the new opportunities so you can grow with the company. They are focused on building in the U.S. and not outsourcing overseas.

Cons

It is small, so there is some limitation to move up in the company or how quickly to move up.
