Pros

Flexible work schedule, great coworkers

Cons

Shaddy upper management, they will fire you with no notice, short contracts with no promising outlook for the future. CEO and Owner spend no time training you, but have plenty of time to travel and spend the companies money.

Pros

The pro is that the company is in beautiful Rapid City SD.

Cons

Complete lack of communication. Rules and expectations change hourly. Senior staff openly gossips about HR issues and employees. No shared strategic plan. No diversity. No trust. No respect for employees or their abilities. Micromanagement.
