      Exceptional institutional industrial real estate company. Incredible culture with great people and lots of diversity. Endless opportunities for growth and mentorship if you put in the work and do your job well.

      Cons

      Most people say they are underpaid. New executive committee, going through large structural changes and sometimes stray away from their main core business of industrial real estate.

      Opportunities exist but leadership struggles with technology

      They created many opportunities and good people and invested in good talent.

      Cons

      The local directors and Regional Management were not well versed with technology or operations, and politically aligned themselves with national market officers and leasing. They continue to face and act on poor decades old decisions on designing and using systems that are often ineffective, difficult to design, and costly. They tend to focus on how they look versus the real value of asset management and operations.

      Opportunity to work with large customers with exposure to many facets of real estate. Significant emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. You don't feel like you are on an island. Managers and management seek feedback. They do not want employees to suffer in silence. Many opportunities across different functions of the company.

      Fast paced environment can create project fatigue. Priorities can shift quickly based on market conditions and customer demands.
