      Deep pockets, Lots of resources, generally good people and a very personal view of the way the company should move forward.Outside of California facilities, beautiful buildings

      Capricious management, narrow viewpoints, shallow experience in non-core areas

      Pros

      -Campus is beautiful and the buildings are elegantly designed -Gyms in every building with free fitness classes offered to all employees, even yoga studios -Cafeterias serving fresh high quality meals -Great employees, very intelligent and friendly -Amazing work/life balance -Training was comprehensive and allowed for a smooth transition into the company without stress

      Cons

      There are not many, the salaries are a little lower than at other companies, however the benefits definitely out way this issue.

      Pros

      Excellent sales commission potential, good solid products with many new products being introduced regularly. Training on products was very intense, but comprehensive, with continued updates and re-trainings. Great cohesive group of people in the field sales team. Good work family balance and flexibility

      Cons

      Change in upper management resulted in reorganization and elimination of many positions. If my position had not been eliminated, I definitely would have stayed on and would return to work for Promega, if the right opportunity arose again.
