Pros

Privately-held company with a stubborn commitment to it's values and employees. Prioritizes work/life balance. Sets reasonable and achievable business objectives. Everyone I work with seems happy to be here. Health insurance covers all major networks in the Madison area (The Alliance). They have a very diverse product line and are very stable financially. Their Fitchburg campus is incredible, with numerous cafeterias, gyms, an onsite physician and physical therapy!

Cons

Compensation tends to be slightly behind market rate compared to other large companies in the Madison area. They have not excelled in developing many innovative products in recent years, although there is a strong desire to do so.

Benefits: healthcare and campus benefits, like on staff nurses, gyms, cafeterias, volleyball, free EV chargers, ESI courses, etc.
