Some of the coworkers I had were amazing. There are some benefits to the company (team events, etc)

Cons

I can’t say enough bad things about Promega. My experience was terrible. They advertise work life balance and use that to justifying paying below industry standards. Unfortunately, that is NOT the case. There is very little work life balance.

Creative and brilliant people. Amazing culture and people practices. Lots of empowerment. Atheistically incredible campuses around the world. Good pay.

Cons

While it was for a while the most rewarding role I've ever had there was no career track for me beyond my role which ran it's course. So back to consulting I go.
