Some of the leadership is … crap . In nice terms. You can have multiple people having issues with the same leader but some how everyone else is at fault. You try and address this with your leader and then leaders supervisor and still nothing gets done and now with added retaliation from your leader because you went to their supervisor. This company says they value people and ESI but then have leaders that show micro aggression and retaliate if you report them. Also there is a HUGE problem with everyone’s spouses and significant others and or families working together. They help each other take advantage and team up.

Pay, benefits, culture, PTO, on site wellness center, flexible schedule, fitness centers in every building, great food in the cafeterias, a great team to work with, supervisors and management care and are understanding, work life balance, easy to take PTO, good support and no micromanagement
