      Pros

      Promega puts a lot of value on the employee. Between the services and programs available to input into naming buildings, they make an effort to show they appreciate us and want us to participate in the Promega Community.

      Cons

      I'm sure it varies between departments,I have always felt appreciated on a micro-level (within my department), but I've heard some other departments aren't as autocratic in how they operate.
