      Used to be wonderful has gotten toxic

      Pros

      Quality products, never had to worry about inferior products. Tech support and customer support is great. Incredible health insurance.

      Cons

      Upper Management changes in 2018 led to less creativity in sales and lots of neurodiverse creative people left including me. Now it’s all about “contribution” and fitting in a box instead of running your territory with your strengths. Very little upward mobility. Compensation is much lower than industry standards.

      Great company but depends on your manager

      Pros

      -Executive management really tries to do the right thing for employees, overall great WLB. -Great benefits: Beautiful campus, Fitness room/cafe in every building, remote work if your role allows it, Wellness center onsite. -Most employees are friendly and want to help each other out -Company is growing and doing well with a global prescence

      Cons

      -No career advancement, hard to get promoted in the organization (takes a loooong time) -Pay is not competitive to market - tend to pay on the lower end but with the hopes that the benefits make up for it -Some department leadership does not reflect the culture of the rest of the company/owner. Even with Emotional and Social Intelligence training the leadership is just playing lip service to the concept. -HR department accountability and ownership for the company's people is lacking. -Merit and bonus pool are too low and demotivating

      Pros

      Physical environment and surrounding property is very attractive and well kept; there are on-site cafeterias and workout facilities; the company contributes to the community

      Cons

      Quite a bit of turnover in upper management; management in general does not have authority to make decisions; there is an undertone of fear and second guessing.
