      Pros

      Campus, flexibility. Benefits. Ability to work remotely. Finally getting new technology for salesteam with 2 in 1 devices, SAP, CRM...way overdue.

      Cons

      Too much fear of CEO...the right changes don't happen because of this. Board of Directors change not good for employees, needs external people to balance internal ideas. too many Hidden agendas and manipulation. Toxic people seem to be protected as they aren't let go..instead they poison the well and the good people choose to leave.

      Pros

      + People are extremely welcoming, positive atmosphere + Very flexible work schedule + Interesting work for those who like the sciences + The *best* perks/benefits + Room for professional growth + Not a "one and done" interview process + The Promega "way" is very positive/development-focused + Campus-type feel + Gorgeous property, if that's your thing

      Cons

      - Interview process can be lengthy, but worth it in my opinion - Pay could be better - Expensive neighborhood if you plan on living close

      Pros

      Excellent sales commission potential, good solid products with many new products being introduced regularly. Training on products was very intense, but comprehensive, with continued updates and re-trainings. Great cohesive group of people in the field sales team. Good work family balance and flexibility

      Cons

      Change in upper management resulted in reorganization and elimination of many positions. If my position had not been eliminated, I definitely would have stayed on and would return to work for Promega, if the right opportunity arose again.
