Excellent work/life balance and concern for employees as "people". Not overloaded with work and only want employees to work 40 hours. Challenging jobs with manager coaching and grooming.

Cons

All departments are not equal. Some managers do not adhere to company mission.

- Great benefits, including workout centers, on-site nurse, etc - Friendly co-workers, easy to get to know people - Well trained managers - Company focused on employee general well being - Priority placed on efficient meetings - Great parties throughout the year - Management works to set goals, challenge employees through HR initiatives My manager was especially amazing for the IT Helpdesk as was my team. You really have an opportunity to get to know people at work and outside of work because of the culture of Promega. I will definitely miss it.
