      The culture that this company brings to the table is amazing! You are encouraged to be yourself and have fun. There is always someone there to help you if you have any questions or just need some information. It is a great feeling to know that you get recognized for your hard work and are appreciated!

      Like any great company, Prometheus has incredible values. As an organization these core values really drive our business decisions and help support our mission of revolutionizing the apartment industry. Our first value is Entrepreneurial. We take creative, pioneering and forward thinking approaches to our industry and have been doing so since the inception of the firm some 51 years ago. We also value our excellence. We are constantly looking at ways to improve ourselves and are never satisfied with the status quo. This brings me to my favorite, and I truly believe Prometheus’ most important value, our Prometheans. Every single decision the organization makes is based on how it will impact our Prometheans. From our incredible benefits package to career growth and opportunities to promote within, everything is done with our Promethean’s well being in mind. Prometheus truly believes that great people make great real estate.

      Cons

      If there were to be any cons, it would be that Prometheus operates in the most expensive areas to live in the country. Sadly it is just the nature of the market and is an issue not isolated to just Prometheus.
