      Pros

      Good company culture, interesting branding concept Whole company events Good benefits Company communication is always well delivered

      Cons

      Pay is below average can take a long time to get promoted if you are liked that isn't a problem Lack of support to the onsite teams along with unrealistic expectations, pointless reports and hoops that need to be jumped through to get repairs completed Housing discount only 20% which is totally unrealistic for the Bay Area prices

      Pros

      Company has invested in brand and family oriented culture with great moral values. They provide excellent training programs, and reward employees through recognition both monetarily and with awards. Monetary recognition is predictable, and competitive with other management companies.

      Cons

      Like many management companies, you some times need to leave for them to truly appreciate your value. Several employees have left only to return within a year, and others left to take promotional opportunities that could have been fulfilled internally.

      Pros

      My personal experience with Prometheus Real Estate Group was a great one. I was with them for just over 6 years, I am very thankful that I started my career in property management with Prometheus. The training that they provide is great. The company/family events are wonderful. you are recognized and rewarded if you go above and beyond. Even though Prometheus is some what of a large company in the Bay Area but they still are able to maintain a small business / know everyone on a personal level type of environment. Top level executives didn't act like top level executives, I never felt like just another employee I always felt that I was part of the big and small picture. Benefit were good and 401k was offered.

      Cons

      the only major Con is that the company is located in one of the most expensive places to live in the country, the Bay Area.
