Finally, something different!
Pros
In a large industry, this company is finally something different. From the hiring process to internal procedures to co-workers, this place is genuinely unique. The culture stands strong and true to it's word after hire. This is a company that says service starts with the treatment of employees and extends out to it's customers and has followed through with that. It's definitely a fun place to work - evening the training is fun! I can also say it's the only time in my 6 years in the industry and the 10 that followed in real estate before that I have ever met the President of the company and other executives and saw them on a regular basis. They even have meetings that join together every level of employee and the President for feedback. Our opinions matter! I have actualy received handwritten notes from the President of the company. How many Presidents make time to do that? We are also the ony company that I know of that provides the benefits we do. Truly amazing!
Cons
The only con is also a pro! We are continuing to grow and expand and I know a lot of people who are just waiting for the positions to open up as our new developments arise.
