Pros
Prometheus is a well resepected name within the property management field. The portfolio is not only large but also has some unique and always well kept communities. You are well treated and well compensated with a major plus of being recognized regularly for your preformance.
Cons
All properties in the portoflio are ran by different managers, some are not as bright or hardwork as others. At times there can be an "us and them" feeling between the properties and the home office.
