Pronto insurance

Business Outlook

Pros

Always hiring they set you up with the necessary license to sell insurance

Cons

Don’t expect a raise it’s not gonna happen. The commission sucks. And a lot is expected from you for the little pay. They over work you if the store is short staffed expect to work 4-7 months on your own 60+ hours a week.

An ok job

Pros

they help you attain the license to sell insurance and they help with renewing your license. They give a monthly allowance to order supplies for the office and marketing material

Cons

low pay, incredibly high monthly goals to meet every month. If you are a manager and you miss your monthly sales goal for 3months, you lose your position and go back to Sales associate/agent.
