Pros

Very customer focused, from the CEO on down. Takes risks in the marketplace with so far what have been timely acquisitions. Good culture with a mix of recent and experienced staff.

Cons

At times decisions are too centrally controlled, which will have to change if the company is to continue to grow.

Pros

The people I work with are the best. Of all the places I have been, this ranks in the very top for quality of people and products. Makes it fun to come to work.

Cons

Some of the financial 'hoops' in place are frustrating. So much process and control over the smallest aspects get in the way of solving problems in a timely fashion. It is being addressed but is embedded in the culture pretty deep. Would have given 5 stars for compensation and benefits but oddly, Proofpoint does not match 401k $$.
